The 14th National Convention and Chinese Education Conference of Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS) will be held on December 8-10, 2023, at Hilton Polaris, 8700 Lyra Dr, Columbus, OH 43240.
As one of the premier events in the Chinese language education field, this convention will bring together leading professionals and experts from all over the country to discuss the latest developments, trends, and challenges in the field. With a focus on “Inheritance – Innovation – Collaboration – Development,” we will celebrate the achievements of CSAUS in promoting Chinese language education, Chinese culture, and community service in the past 30 years. We’ll also share insights and experiences on Chinese language education development in America and explore how to establish effective practices for Chinese school management, Chinese language pedagogy, and Asian American history education in the United States.
CSAUS has been serving Chinese schools and Asian American communities nationwide, providing support and services to over 400 member schools, more than 100,000 students, and around 10,000 teachers and staff. We have positively impacted thousands of Asian American families and beyond, and we will continue to make a difference in communities.
This year marks the first return to Columbus since the organization’s first convention held here in 1995. We look forward to opening up a new chapter in Chinese language education in the United States! The convention will feature a diverse range of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops that will provide valuable insights and opportunities for learning and professional development. As a prominent leader supporting Asian American community and Chinese language education, we believe that your participation in this event would add great value to the conference and contribute to the overall success of the event.
In line with the purpose of serving our school members and allowing more people caring about Chinese language education and Chinese school development in the United States to attend, CSAUS has launched the following preferential plans:

3. Subsidies:
For any schools that have registered to attend the conference and booked a hotel by Oct 30th, and will attend the convention for the first time, CSAUS will provide funding on need base. Apply for a grant application form in Word or PDF. The subsidy budget is limited, first come, first serve.
In addition, the organizing committee has arranged a “one-day trip” after the convention (visiting the Air Force Museum and Fuyao Glass Factory). For those who plan to attend the event on December 11, please make arrangements for your return.
CSAUS also seeks sponsorship from merchants, enterprises, and individuals, or corporate promotion and exhibitions at the convention venue. Products and services related to education are especially welcome! Please check the following sponsorship documents in Chinese and English for details.
